i just want to say
i just want to say:
i have a small obsession with bagels. midwest folk, (and maybe all folk not from the NYC tri-state area?), we don't really get how serious bagels are. and how amaaaazing they can be when they're made by New Jersians.
this morning i made some coffee and then took a stroll on the beach: white oversized mug in hand.
this evening mindy and i made massive amounts of pasta and opened the south africa pinotage i brought along with me. it was a lovely evening. we toasted to new beginnings.
off to bed.
so tired.

You are right! I never knew what the big deal was about bagels until my NJ friends had me eat theirs!!! Major big difference!!! Bring some back with you - especially the "everything" bagels!!! I loved them!
